How do I kick start my metabolism ???
I am a 44 yr young male. To date I have lost 14 kg and still need to lose 4 kg. The last 6 weeks I hardly lost anything - and it is not because of the Christmas parties , I stuck to my Weigh-Less formula. I do excercise quite a lot - cardio as well as weight training but nothing seems to help. Did any one had a similair experience and how did you kick start your weight loss again? Currently my BMI is 27 , Bodyfat 24 % and cal intake 2000 kcal. Is it advisable to drop to a eating plan with lesser kcal. On average I burn 700 kcal per exercise session x 6 per week. Current weight = 80 kg, Height = 172 cm. Any advice will be apreciated

You have already lost 14 kg with your present regimen - well done! - so don't change now. The very best stimulant of metabolism is doing aerobic exercise, so I would concentrate on doing cardio, spinning, cycling and rowing, rather than working with weights. Be patient and you will lose the last 4 kg if you give your body a chance.
