Inname van kalsium veroorsaak hardlywigheid
Ek is 55 jaar oud en soek raad om kalsium in te neem. Alle kalsiumpreperate lei tot erge hardlywigheid en het reeds veroorsaak dat ek 'n permanente anale fissuur het. Watter kossoorte en hoeveel van elk is per dag nodig om voldoende kalsium in te kry?

Jammer om te hoor van jou probleem. Die Aanbevole Daaglikse Inname van kalsium vir vrouens is tussen 1000 en 1200 mg per dag. Kosse wat ryk is aan kalsium wat maklik deur die liggaam opgeneem word, is melk, jogurt, maaskaas en alle ander soorte kaas. 1 koppie melk of jogurt verskaf +,- 300 mg kalsium, dus kan jy jou daaglikse behoefte inneem deur 3 koppies melk of jogurt te drink en 'n stukkie kaas te eet. Gebruik vetvrye produkte as jy bang is vir gewigstoename. Melk kan ook as vla of melkkos voorberei word om variasie aan die dieet te gee.
