Dear Billy
You may find that your cramps improve if you increase your intakes of fresh fruit, vegetables, unrefined grains and cereals and milk and dairy products to increase your intakes of potassium, magnesium and calcium - minerals that help combat cramps. If the cramps persist then I would suggest that you have a medical examination to check on your blood mineral levels and also for problems like poor circulation in the lower limbs.
