hello! im 14 nd want to lose a little weight on my legs, i got a nice figure but i want to feel happy in acozzi bottom. its only at the top of my leg should i go on a small diet or do you think exercise is better?

At the age of 14 you probably don't need to go on a diet unless you are actually overweight, and it doesn't sound as if you are. Targeted exercise is the answer. Ask Fitness Doc for a set of home exercises that target the top part of the legs.
