Dear Reader
Congratulations on the birth of your son. As your present BMI = 28,5, you do need to lose quite a lot of weight. Try to reduce to 64 kg to start off with so that your BMI would be back in the normal range. Are you breastfeeding? If yes, then don't try to lose weight too drastically as this may cause your milk to dry up. If no, then click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of a low-fat, high-fibre diet. Use the diet and try to do some form of activity - take baby for brisk walks in the park, or skip, cycle or swim over the weekends, because any form of exercise will help. You can also ask Fitness Doc for a set of exercises to do at home which will firm up your slack muscles.
Enjoy the baby
