This past week I' ve totally lost my appetite, lost 5 kg. This may be Due to stress. But the stress is over now but I still don' t have an appetite. Any advise to regain my desire for food again. I have no intention of losing weight, I' m already thin! Just want to gain weight again!
Dear Richie
You and the previous Reader are exhibiting totally opposite reactions to stress. In your case, the excess stress has made you lose your appetite. Otherwise click on 'Diet' at the top of this page and then on 'Diet Basics' and 'Weight gaining' and read the articles on how to gain some weight.
