Magnesium deficiency
have been experiencing severe leg cramps ( I am 53 years old) and have been on a course of magnesium tablets which helped tremendously. Now that I have stopped, the cramps are back. What foods are high in magnesium please as I obviously need to do something about my food intake.

Magnesium is abundant in many foods. The following foods are rich in magnesium: vegetables (esp dark green vegies like spinach, broccoli), wholegrains and cereals, seeds, nuts, legumes and tofu, and milk and dairy products.
