Margarines
This question may have come up before, but do the margarine brands which display the " Heart health'' logo really deserve this. Are they really healthy for your heart and circulation? Are the ''Lite'' forms of margarine any better or safer from a health point of view?

Soft or tub margarines (in contrast to hard, brick margarines) are a healthy option because they contain high levels of polyunsaturated or monounsaturated fats which protect the heart. The "Lite" margarines also have a lower energy content and contain less salt or sodium, which are both beneficial characteristics to combat weight gain and high blood pressure.
