I am on a diet and need to find out what i can do or take to help the function of my metabolic.
I loose around 1.4 to 2 kilo's per week, were other people on the same diet looses between 4 to 6 per week. I do not cheet on the diet, i do some excesises 3-4 times a week.
Please help me

Please don't despair. The weight loss you are achieving is wonderful and obviously the right rate for you. Forget what other people are doing, you are already losing at a pretty fast rate - any faster and the chances are you will regain that weight when you stop dieting - something you DON'T want. To stimulate your metabolism just keep doing that exercise - it is still the best way of stimulating your metabolic turnover and sticking to your diet. Also read my answer to the previous Reader on 'fat intake'.
Slow and steady is the best way to lose that weight.
