Dear Reader
At present you BMI = 18,4 which is just 0,4 above the lower normal level, so if you lose any more weight you will become underweight and I fear anorexic. You are already showing signs of anorexia - unrealistic body image, wanting to lose weight when you are already nearly below normal weight, getting desperate. So please get help IMMEDIATELY by consulting a clinical psychologist who will help you uncover the underlying reasons why you are on a path of self-destruction, and a clinical dietitian (phone (012) 998-5650 (mornings) for the name of your nearest dietitian) who will help you to start eating normally again while ensuring that you don't gain too much weight. Do this NOW before you become a full-blown anorexic.
Take great care
