Non-stick frying sheets
I have discovered Glad pan sheets which enable one to fry without using oil or fat. This almost seems too good to be true. Health-wise, is there any downside to using these sheets (e.g. anything in the chemical composition of the sheets?)

Dear Jery
It is possible that these sheets may have an effect when exposed to high temperatures such as the release of chemicals, etc, but I must admit that I have not yet heard of such problems. You can also achieve frying without oil or fat by using non-stick Teflon pans or grilling foods.
