Hello Doc,
Is there a Kind of Chart or a Table for Various type of Foods
eg. Meat line, Veggies, Fruit, Cereals that Can show the % of Fat, Vit's,Protein, Carbs Contained in that specific Food.
Also Is it Possible to devise a chart to show eg: plate of Mutton Curry per Specific Portions the Amount of Fats, Proteins,Carbo's such a meal would idealy Contain.
Your help is Most,Most Sincerely Appreciated.
