nutritional value of chicken foldover
Dietdoc, I've lost 2,5 kg in two weeks, simply by being more careful of what I eat and balancing my daily diet more, with a healthy distribution of food groups, based on info I got from a dietician's website. However, I really do need at least one meal over the weekend that's take away, just to take a break from cooking. I found the McDonalds foldover to be sinfully nice. I don't like hamburgers or greasy KFC chicken. We don't have Nandos in our town. Would you be able to break down the chicken foldover in terms of nutritional value, i.e. how many fats, carbos, protein, vegetables, and a possible guestimate of kilojoule content?
Thank you.

Dear Ally
I would surmise that this chicken foldover is equivalent to a 60g portion of grilled chicken with a double portion of a starch like a pancake (no foldovers in the SA Food Tables), with a portion of mixed salad? Is this correct? as I have never eaten such a meal! Such a meal would contain about 15g of carbs, 9 g of protein and 5 g fat and have an energy content of 600 kJ. For each tablespoon of added fat like mayonnaise add another 185 kJ. Please remember that this is a very rough estimate as I have no idea of the weights of the various ingredients.
