Dear Rox
Your present BMI = 23,4 which is nicely within the normal range (18-25). To have an ideal BMI of 22, you would need to weigh 56 kg, so that would entail losing another 4 kg, which you should be able to do with the diet and exercise you describe. To convert your weight to lb, you multiply your weight in kg by a factor of 2.2, thus 60 x 2,2 = 132 lb. To convert your heigh of 1,6 m or 1600 mm to inches you divide by a factor of 25,4, thus 1600/25,4 = 63 inches or 5 feet and 3 inches.
