planning a healthy preschool menu
I start a new job in January as Head of a Preschool. We will be serving lunch, and I want to keep it as healthy as possible. I know that tminding he Glycaemic Index is extremely helpful to ADD children so I would want to incorporate that aswell. We don't have a huge budget so I would want some recommendations of places where I could get free help or advice regarding food choices, portion sizes etc.

Dear Karen
You can click on 'Child' at the top of this page and then on 'Nutrition' and read the various articles on diets for toddlers, ideas for lunch packs, etc. If you click on 'Diet' at the top of the page and then do searches with your terms like 'GI' or 'ADD' you will also find plenty of additional information.
Good luck with the new job
