Pregnancy weight
I weighed 58 when I fell pregnant with my first child - I was 28. I gained 16 kilo's and managed to get my weight down to 67 kilo's. 8 months after my boy was born, I fell pregnant again, and this time ended on 84 kilo's. She is now 4 months old. and I weigh 74 kilo's. I have set a goal to weigh 60 by the end of the year. But before my first pregnancy, I lost 11 kilo's in 3 months with Sureslim. I am thinking of going this route again. But it is fairly difficult to do this with 2 children at home, When I am at work, I can manage. But as soon as I get home, it is difficult. Sometimes I don't get time to make supper, and my husband or mom cooks for us. Then I'm just too happy to have something to eat that I don't care what it is.
What should I do? I am 1.53 meters.

Dear Mom
I feel for you. Your present BMI of 31,6 is very high, so your plan to reduce to 60 kg is an excellent one. If you find it difficult to follow diets that differ from normal food intake, then try the balanced low-fat, high-fibre diet on this website (click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'The right approach' to obtain a copy of this slimming diet). You will see that it makes use of standard foods which you can give the entire family. Encourage your husband and Mom to follow the simple guidelines and you should be able to stick to it. You may need to plan your shopping carefully, but once that is done you should be well on the way to losing weight. Weight reduction is aided by exercise, so if possible, try to take the little ones on a brisk walk at least 3-4 times a week in the fresh air.
Holding thumbs that you shed those kgs.
Best regards
