Hi
What is the best way, after steaming, to prepare frozen veggies, microwave, fry??

Most cooking methods result in some loss of nutrients, but if you are careful the loss should be restricted to a minimum. Probably microwaving for a short period using a very small quantity of water and using the cooking water in soups, etc, would give a good result. Although frying exposes the nutrients in vegetables to high heat which could damage some of the vit C, the fat used would make the vit A more easily absorbed. Because variety is essential, I would suggest that you vary your cooking methods to obtain the best all round results.
