Red veins on thighs or cellulite?
Hi
I'm not too sure which DOC I should direct this question to. I've recently notice little red veins on my thighs, as if they're "bursted". I'm in my late 20's and doing aqua aerobics and have seen it on the ladies in my group (they're all in their late 40's/50's) What is causing it and how can I stop it as it is still in the early stages?

Dear Reader
This condition which is know as spider veins, can occur at any time in life. Some people have a genetic tendency others develop them as a result of physical stresses, e.g. during pregnancy, etc. You need to consult a dermatologist about these veins and their treatment. From a dietary point of view you may benefit from taking a complete vitamin and mineral supplement like Centrum or Supradyn Forte, and Salmon oil capsules.
