Stay thirsty
I stay thirsty! I am not over- or underweight. I eat healthy. Don't do excersise. Drink ± 2 lt water daily, but stay thirsty! I don't eat salt on my food. Don't eat sweets/chocolates - only once a while. Even if I had a glass of water, a few moments later I still feel thirsty. My mouth/lips are not dry, though. Do you think this is a diet-related or hormone-related symptome? I am a 30year old female. Thank you.

Dear Kay
This type of symptom may be indicative of an underlying hormonal problem such as diabetes, so please do have a medical checkup just to be sure.
Hope you can get to the bottom of this problem
