Dear Simba
Please stop trying to lose weight in such a drastic and damaging way. If you are not patient enough to stick to a balanced, lower-energy diet and exercise to lose weight, you will eventually harm your health and regain all the weight you have lost by starvation. Please be sensible about this matter - you did not gain the weight you are carrying in a few short weeks, so it is unrealistic to think that you will lose the weight in such a short time. Try using an energy-reduced, low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet' at the top of this page and then on 'Weight loss' and the 'Right approach' and 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of a low-fat, high-fibre diet which will prevent hunger pangs, overeating and constipation) and go back to your exercise.
