In general, it is always a good idea to use a complete vitamin and mineral supplement like Centrum or Supradyn Forte, because most of the nutrients work best when used in combination. However, most of the complete supplements don't contain the full RDA for calcium, so you may also need to take an additional calcium supplement like MenaCal.7.
