To lose weigth
I would like to know about a good diet to lose weigth quickly and if I drink boiling water alot does that break up the fat in your body

To lose weight you need to basically change your lifestyle. Reduce your energy intake by eating an energy-reduced, low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet' at the top of this page, 'Weight loss', ‘Balanced diet' and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of such a diet), and increasing your energy output by doing regular exercise (running, jogging, skipping, cycling, swimming, join a gym or Walk for Life). Drinking about 4 cups of water a day in addition to your other liquids, is a good idea, but this will not break up fat in the body and if you use boiling water you stand the risk of burning your mouth and gullet - use tap water instead.
