Too much appetite...
i exercise regulary, but i cant burn the fat, what can i do to reduce my appetite, i eat too much and i cant control myself.

The reason why some people cannot control their appetites is that they use the wrong type of diet to achieve weight loss. If you are using a very-low-energy diet or one that contains too little carbohydrate, it will make you crave food. Skipping meals is also a factor that makes people overeat. Try eating an energy-reduced, low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet' at the top of this page, 'Weight loss', ‘Balanced diet' and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of such a diet), which should prevent cravings and keep you satisfied for longer.
Keep up the good work with the regular exercise.
