Too Much vs Too Little
I LOVE salt,..... I know I each to much but when I cut it out my diet or cut down on it atleast I end with severe leg cramps and headaches that only go away when I increase my salt intake again.

Why is this?

Dear Salty Sam
If you suffer from very low blood pressure (?) then increasing your salt intake slightly may be beneficial. Please have your blood pressure checked because if you don't have very low blood pressure then ingesting large quantities of salt can be very harmful to your kidneys and bp. Discuss the headaches with your dr as they may be due to other conditions. Take potassium and magnesium for the leg cramps (you can purchase Slow-K and Magnesite at the chemist).
