Trying to lose wait
Hi there i' m on a diet where by i eat All bran for breakfast &  eggs or green salad for lunch &  crackers for dinnner......But still i acn' t seem to stop eating/craving for sweeets and how do i stop the cravings????

The diet you describe is not balanced and probably contains far too little energy and carbohydrates for you to function without cravings. Check out the energy-reduced, low-fat, high-fibre diet on this Website (click on 'Diet' at the top of this page, 'Weight loss', ‘Balanced diet’ and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of such a diet), which will not cause cravings, but still promote weightloss and provide you with a balanced intake of nutrients.
