Well after much deliberation, I have re-joined weigh less. I have tried lots of diets including Atkins(and I did loose weight and put it all back on and more)and have decided that weigh less is the only way. I must admit that I am rather impressed with the new diet- you are allowed so much more than before, I cannot see myself going hungry and I am even allowed a snack daily. My eyes are swimming in all the water that I have to drink but hopefully that will flush fats away!! Wish me luck!! I have 13kgs to loose.

I am glad to hear that you are going to use a sensible and balanced dietary approach by joining Weigh-Less to lose the 13 kg. Also consider adding daily exercise to your regimen. Increasing your energy output and stimulate your metabolism by doing regular exercise (running, jogging, skipping, cycling, swimming, join a gym or Walk for Life) for 30 or more minutes a day.
