Dear Fitness Lady
Stop stressing. If you rest for a week you should neither pick up weight, nor gain centimetres. Give your body a chance to recover from the illness, rest and relax and when you are 100% better and off the antibiotics then start doing your exercise again. But start slowly at a lower level than when you left off, because you don't want to strain your body. Before you know it you will be fit again.
Hope the sinusitis clear up soon
Best regards
