Dear Sonya
At present your BMI = 20,9 which is on the lower end of the normal range, but not underweight. You don't mention why you think you suffer from an eating disorder? Do you have symptoms such as: distorted body image (you are thin but you think you are fat when you look in the mirror), are you obsessed with food, have feelings of guilt when you eat, skip meals and eat very little, use laxatives or induce vomiting to get rid of food after you have eaten, exercise to the point of exhaustion? If you have such symptoms then you do need to go for help. You mention that you do suffer from depression, which can also depress your appetite and cause weight loss. Are you receiving help from a psychologist for the depression? If so, then discuss these fears you have about having an eating disorder with him/her, so that you can work on this aspect. If not, then PLEASE go for help ASAP. Contact a clinical psychologist or ask your dr to refer you.
