weight loss
I am 25years old and weigh 95kg. I've joined the gym but don't know which equipment to use for weight loss and sometimes I don't feel like going there. I have a large upper body and thin lower body. I love food especially desserts and drink coke every night. I need help on how to lose weight and keep it off.

Dear Lala
Seeing that you have paid good money to join that gym, ask the instructors to work out an exercise programme for you which a) burns energy to help you lose weight and b) trims those parts of your body that need forming up. It is their job to assist you, so insist on getting help. This takes care of the exercise. To reduce your weight you also need to reduce your energy intake by eating a low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of a low-fat, high-fibre diet).
Best regards
