I have been on a diet for 6 weeks, where I only eat fruit during the day and veges in the evening with a small grilled chicken breast. I have about 4 glasses of extra light wine a day with lots of ice.
Week 1 - lost 1kg
Week 2 - lost 2kg
Week 3 - picked up 1,4 kg
Week 4 - lost 0.2kg
Week 5 - lost 0.2kg
I jog 5 days a week for 30 minutes.
My height is 1.55m and weight 58kg. Why am I not loosing more weight. I do however feel that my clothes are a lot looser, should I measure my waist.

Dear JC
Either the wine is interfering with your weight loss, or you are at present busy developing muscle tissue that weighs more than fat tissue. Your reduction in cm indicates that this is probably what is happening. However your diet is not well balanced (it lacks calcium, etc) despite the fact that all the foods you include in it are very healthy, and may be so low in energy that your body has switched off its weight loss systems because of perceived 'starvation'. Try eating an energy-reduced, low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet' at the top of this page, 'Weight loss' , ‘The right approach' and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of such a diet).
Best regards
