Hi Doc,
I desperately need to loose about 10kg's and only have a month to loose the weight for a very important event. I'm 25yrs old, 1.56 tall, and weigh 65kg. Is there a diet plan that I can follow, to quickly loose the weight?

At present your BMI = 26.7, which is a bit overweight. If you manage to lose those 10 kg you will achieve a near perfect BMI of 22,6. If you click on 'Diet & Food' and then on 'Slimming Diet' you will obtain a copy of a low-fat, high-fibre diet. Use this diet and start doing 30-60 minutes of aerobic exercise every single day - this must include energy burning exercise (jogging, running, cycling, rowing) and weight workouts (to firm and trim your body). It may be a good idea to join a gym immediately. You will probably lose 1.5 kg per week, thus 6 kg, but if you keep up the exercise you will firm up wonderfully for the important event. Don't try all kinds of starvation diets and pills because they don't work in the long-run.
