What CAN you eat if you have Barretts Disease???
I am having a problem with what I can eat as the foods that you say one with Barretts must exclude are amongst others onions, garlic, shallots, cabbage, broccoli, beans, legumes, wine, coffee, etc All of those (with 2 glasses) of wine make up a most of my daily diet. I love my veggies and fruit and this seems so be the area that I have to take the biggest knock in.

I also have oat bran, jungle oats, seed loaf, sweet potato, baked/boiled potatoes, basmati rice, brown rice, pastas (durum wheat) as my carbs. I have low fat/fat free dairy products as my dairy's. For protein I would prefer to eat legumes and beans but I do eat quite a bit chicken, must confess to very little fish, and a very little red meat. Please help with some advise to get the right balance.
