What to do?
Good day,
I would like to loose weitght (like everybody else), but my hubby is not crazy about the idea. I can't afford to cook 2 different meals. I work full time and only cook after 17h00. Is there is very basic and easy way to loose weight? I am 31 years old, 2 kids and weigh about 61 kg. I know it is not a lot, but my goal is to weight 55 kg.

The best way to lose weight is to use a low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'Slimming Diet') and to increase your energy output by doing regular exercise. The slimming diet can be used by the entire family and will basically help to improve blood fat levels, etc. If your hubby and children are not overweight, then they can eat the listed foods 'ad lib' - this means they can eat as much of the foods as required, whereas you would stick to the specified portion sizes. Give the children 2 additional cups of milk a day to provide for their increased calcium requirement. Please check on 'Tools' what your BMI is. If it is higher than 25, then you are overweight and you need to reduce.
