What's the right drink<br>
Hi

Was wanting to find out what is the best thing to drink when in training and for everday consumption. I have given up alcohol and carbonated drinks. I drink 3lt of water a day as well as energade and powerade after training.

What would be a good drink for in between times when I am thirsty, other than water??

Dear Greg
You can drink fruit juice or rooibos or black tea, milk (low-fat or fat-free if you need to control weight) or anyone of the sparkling or still waters or soda water (the carbonation is not harmful).
