Please help! What can I do to get rid of smelly breath caused by nasal drip? I also get tonsil stones. Should my tonsils be removed?

Dear Cas

Your sinusses may be infected, thus causing the smelly post nasal drip. You require an ENT opinion regarding management. The tonsil stones are caused by chronic tonsillitis, and if associated with hallitosis (bad breath),
could be considered reason enough to have them removed. Your ENT should be able to give you an opinion after a thourough examination.
