Climen is used a hormone replacement therapy for women in menopause or perimenopausal. Weight gain is not a common side effect. This preparation is not suitable for women attempting pregnancy. If climen is prescribed is for the menopause or perimenopause, it is unlikely that the user is ovulating and therefore unlikely to conceive. You should consult with a fertility specialist in this regard.
