How do you know sperm is healthy?
Hi
Can u see sperm under a microscope? I use Ovatel which tests saliva for ovulation(fern method). Would I be able to see them(sperm) on this? And would using Horny goat weed work to improve sperm count? Sorry if these questions sound stupid

Sperm can be readily seen under a light microscopy with magnification adding up to 100 times. It is unlikely that one can detect sperm on the ovatel, which does not give as high a magnification.
I am not familiar with the contents of Horny Goat and cannot commnet on whether this will improve the sperm count.
I would suggest that a complete spermiogram be done at a laboratory.
