Dear Urgent
The ideal time to do a pregnancy test is approximtely two weeks after an IUI procedure. However, a blood test done slightly earlier, ie day 10 after the procedure ,may well be able to detect an early pregnancy, provided that the blood test is done at a reputable laboratory and with a sensitive enough detection kit. Home pregnancy tests however will become positive also at two weeks after the insemination process.
