Dear Anon
Pregnancy after sterilisation is possible, there are essentially 2 options available. A reversal of sterilisation can be performed by microscopic surgery, one generally has approximately 30-40% chance of a successful reversal after the operation. If this fails or one can go directly onto invitro fertilisation to assist couples who have had a sterilisation. Invitro fertilisation is a process where the egg and the sperm can be fertilised by bypassing the sterilised fallopian tubes.
