Try to fall pregnant
I desperately need to fall pregnant, as my biological clock is ticking! When is the best time to test if you are ovulating and how many times during ovulation should intercourse take place?
What criteria are used to determine if an AI candidate are successfull? Are genetics part of the criteria and how do they determine which candidate are suitable?

The best time to start testing for ovulation in a woman who has a regular cycle of 28 days or thereabouts, is to start monitoring from apprx. day 10 of the cycle. The use of ovulation detection kits such as clearplan urinary sticks is advisable for this purpose.
The number of coital episodes is not relevant. If intercourse is performed at the correct time, a single event should be sufficient. Information regarding donor sperm is best obtained from the Cryo Bank SA and they could be contacted at 011484-2695 and I recommend t hat you speak to them directly.
