Back & Hips Pain Alot when exercising!!!

I gym quite often. I mostly do weight lifting. Can this affect my kidneys, especially causing lower back pain as well as my hips?

It can, but it's probably a more chronic overuse problem that you are experiencing. It can certainly be a problem if you lift a really heavy weight, but this is an acute injury, where I have a feeling that yours is more likely related to overdoing the training day after day.

I think that the first thing you have to do is reduce the load - weight training will put quite a serious strain on the joints, and so if the training is done too soon or with too large a weight, then the joints will play up. By reducing the load, it should help almost immediately, and you can then build up slowly to the level you are aiming for.
To reduce the load, I would suggest decreasing both the weight you are using and the number of reps or sets (depending on how you are structuring the training).

If this does not work, then I would encourage you to seek the opinion of a doctor to find out if there is not perhaps another reason for this.
