body fat
Hi all,

I have been gyming for about 5 months now and am currentlly at a bodyfat % of between 16 - 18%.

My question to you is how do I go about getting rid of this excess body fat cos im wanting to see my abs ?
I current do 1 muscle group a day aswell as 20 - 30 minutes cycling 5 - 6 times a week?
My diet is'nt that bad i dont eat 6 times per day maybe 3 or 4 ?
is this enough to see them ?

what % should i have to see them ?

Did anyone else want to see the same result and eventually see your abs? if so please write and let me know what u did

Hi there

Whether you are a man or woman would affect my answer, since advisable body fat %'s for each are different.
You'll have to answer as a seperate question, however.

Also, irrespective of whether you are a man or woman, there is no set % of body fat where abs will be visable - since it depends how and where the fat is distributed on your body - women in particular tend to carry more fat on hips and thighs - and might have a slimmer waist. men tend to carry extra weight in the abdominal region etc etc etc.
