Cardio ????
Just so i am clear... cardio is anything that gets your heart rate up right.... like running etc

Yes, that's right, it's generally referred to as any activity that you do which increases heart rate, breathing rate etc. Usually it's distinguished from weight training (which does also get heart rate up, by the way) because it uses a lot of large muscle groups at the same time. It's therefore different to weight training which only focuses on say, the biceps muscle or hamstring muscle. SO anything that uses large muscle groups gets heart rate up, increases breathing rate and depth etc. The common ones are running, cycling, aerobics, swimming, walking, rowing etc.
