circulation problem
a couple of months ago i started feeling a sensation in my arm down to my fingers, different arm at different times and once or twice in my leg. its like a circultion problem.
i have been running for about 7/8 months now. not sure if it has anything to do with it.
sometimes after a run my fingers feel swollen but it goes away.
is it something to be concerned about?

Hi Nixph
If it only happens after running, no other times, then probably nothing to be worried about. A lot of people experience this, especially the swelling of the fingers. That's quite normal, and goes away after a while, once you adapt to training and the circulatory system improves. It will happen especially during summer, so perhaps the first few months of the summer, it will be common, but should then disappear.
If you feel this at other times, then perhaps its worth getting checked out. The fact that it's sometimes arms, sometimes legs and also different sides is probably an indication that it's nothing too serious, not a specific problem, but always better to be safe. Circulation is one candidate, neural system is the other - like a pins and needles perhaps. But if it worsens, or becomes more frequent, outside of exercise, then I'd check it out.
Good luck
