double concentic movement
hello, just wondeing if you could help me with a question?
why are double concentric movements preformed in circuit training for endurance? to improve greater strength? or improve venus return? or to improve ability of the muscle to store more blood? i would really appreciate any info. ally

Could you define a double concentric movement? Maybe I missed that one but I have not heard of them before. I do know of eccentric-concentric movements in what is called the stretch shortening cycle, but not double concentric.

Any chance you can clarify this?
