Exercise
Ek wil graag gaan gym.
My Vraag.

Hi Justine
Yes of course you can. I do however think that you need to chat to a trainer, and as far as I know it won't cost you anything extra to talk to the floor consultants or trainers in the gym. It's only the personal trainers who will charge additionally. If you just stick with the guys who walk the floors helping out, it's part of the service you are entitled to as a member. You may even receive an assessment as part of your joining on fee - most gyms will do this, give you a programme when you join and give you one free session with a trainer to start you off. It's something you should consider doing. So I think you need to do this if you are going to make the most of your time in the gym.
Good luck
