After going to the gym ( I try go twice a week as my work keeps me very busy ) I feel nausious. Its worse when I drink water whilst gymming. This feeling only goes away when I've eaten something again. Am I lacking something in my diet? As a rule I eat healthily.

Hi Peter

You should eat a high carbohydrate snack about one hour before going to gym (muffin, rusks, sandwich). Often a low blood sugar can make one feel nauseous. The fact that the nausea goes away when you eat something, makes me even more convinced that this is the problem. Have you tried drinking an energy drink whilst training rather than water? This might also help.

Good luck.
