Facial Exercises
Hi
I seem to be having a problem loosing weight on my face. I workout 3-5 per week at the gym and I am on weigh-less..i have lost alot of weight and am 1 kg away from my goal weight. However my face still seems fat. I know facial structure plays a role as i do have a round face..But i have in the past had a thinner face. Are there any exercises i could do to help me with this.
Thanks

Hi Jess
There are no specific exercises for the face. All you can do is regular cardio which increases your metabolic rate and burns fat as energy. This includes running, cycling, aerobics etc. I'm not sure what you are doing at your current workouts. I suspect that you can probably increase your cardio, either the duration or the frequency. I suggest 4 or 5 days a week, with 40 minutes or so of cardio training. That's the key, if you eat well and do this consistenly.
Good luck
