Hi Nickie

First of all, I think it is absolutely tragic that people are recommending HGH to you to help you lose weight, and I really can't stress how strongly I feel about this forum becoming a 'drug pushing' platform. By all means, harm your own health, but let's not be making money selling to others.

To Nickie, HGH is a hormone that is normally released from the brain, and its role is to promote the growth of muscle and it does have a role in increasing fat breakdown. But it's not what you need, mainly because of its role as an anabolic (it increses muscle mass). Now, without getting into too much detail, the control of your body's growth hormone is a complex regulatory system that involves many different hormones and chemicals, and from a long term point of view, taking HGH affects that whole loop. Last, HGH is banned for sport, and so you can't take it as an elite sportsman. Not that this is a major concern for 99% of us, but it does highlight the point that there is something wrong with this drug.

What you do need to do is exercise in exactly the manner you have suggested - plenty of cardio, 5 days a week is perfect, and for 45 minutes each time. I wouldn't start off at 45minutes, because it is really very demanding to go from zero to 45 minutes right away. So perhaps take some time building up the duration, start at 20 or 30 minutes, whatever you feel comfortable with, and then increase it. With regards to circuit, perhaps 2 or 3 days a week, at least at first. There is no need to do it every day at the moment. I think that following this plan will help you, if you stick with it and give it a couple of months.

But good luck, and email again if anything is not clear.
