injured my leg
last saterday i ran my first 10k but with practiculy new shoes now my muccle in the lower legg wont get better do you think i must exercice it more or give it a rest ?

Give it a rest, it sounds to me that you have just overdone it in a new pair of shoes maybe demanding too much of your body on top of it, and that's caused the pain. Usually a week's rest will do the trick, so give it until friday and then see what the situation is. If it's not better by then, I would see a doctor about it, but definitely rest until then.
